We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is comes from multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
We ship orders overseas using the regular mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company to be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, your package will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
Delivery is currently FREE anywhere in the World, however we do offer some options for some product specific items or for additional insurance of the delivery. This is subject to change but you should be able to see your options particular to your product(s) at checkout.
Packages that are either stolen, lost or undelivered are NOT our responsibility. If your package does not arrive within or after the estimated delivery time then you should contact your Local Postal Office to explain the situation and provide them with your tracking number.
Please also be aware that there may be rare occurrences where customs may delay the transit time of some packages.

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.
Certainly! Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
In rare instances, when your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it.
Depending on the shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, likely due to your shipping address being in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollars, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
If you did not receive a confirmation email with an order number, then either you entered the incorrect email address when placing the order, or your order did not process in our system. Another possibility is that our confirmation email is sitting in your "Spam" box.

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed so make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering!
We like to process your order fast so in order to do that we need you to understand that once you place your order and we start processing the shipment of the order, we cannot cancel it. Therefore, you have up to 6 hours from the time you received your confirmation email to cancel your order.

Refunds will be offered but only to the original payment method (including the same credit or debit card used to make the purchase). If you would like to return an item, provided it is done in accordance with our return policy (see link below), we will gladly provide you with store credit. Store credit is based off the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) at the time of your purchase. Please note all store credits expire after one year from the date they are issued.
What to return something? No problem! All orders (excluding items on sale) are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order! To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unworn and returned in the original packaging that you received. We won't be able to process a return on items that are used or damaged by you. Returns are processed within 3-6 business days.
We strongly encourage using a shipping service that provides a tracking number so you can follow your item in transit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS CLEARLY MARKED ON OR INSIDE THE PACKAGING. IF WE CAN'T SEE THE ORDER NUMBER WE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS THE RETURN.

In the incredibly rare scenario that you receive a different product, we want to resolve any issues with incorrect items immediately! Please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the incorrect item's name and number.
If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment.

While the content of your shopping cart may be displayed in Euros, British Pound Sterling or other currency, you will checkout using US Dollars at the most current exchange rate. Occasionally, an item for sale at has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances. We will email you with any date changes.
